Our Rotaract Club is proud to launch a new project that focuses on bringing joy and comfort to people in need. Under the banner of "Cooking for our Guests at Vinzirast," we aim to prepare and serve freshly cooked meals to around 50 people who reside in or come to the Vinzirast emergency shelter. Our team of volunteers will work together to plan and prepare healthy, simple, and nutritious dishes, sharing their love of cooking and culinary creativity with those in need.
The project will involve preparing and cooking dishes from around 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., with our volunteers staying on to clean up the kitchen and wash dishes after the meal is over. The joy of sharing our creations with the people we serve is the biggest reward for us, and the smiles on their faces after a warm and nutritious meal are all we need to keep going.
Our aim is to make a positive impact in the community by providing a simple but effective service. Through our efforts, we hope to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where people can feel a sense of community and friendship.
